All Affiliates registered in the Avangate Affiliate Program who comply with the rules mentioned below are automatically registered and eligible for the Avangate Affiliate Contest ("Contest"). The Avangate Affiliate Contest is a special and limited marketing program organized by Avangate BV, a Netherland company ("Avangate") that allows the Affiliates to participate and win prices according to the following rules:

• The Contest is open to all affiliates registered in the Avangate Affiliate Program until July 13th, 2014 23:59:59 GMT.
• The Contest will be valid in the following period June 4th, 2014 (the "Starting Date") and July 13th, 2014 (the "Closing Date").
• To be eligible and participate to this Contest, each participant has to promote the Products from merchants indicated in section 9, Participating Merchants and generate at least 25 sales orders during the Contest.

There will be four categories in the Contest:

• A Category (All Stars League) - the affiliate that will generate the highest number of orders in the tier 1000 to unlimited points during the Contest, net of chargebacks.
• B Category (Professionals League) - the affiliate that will generate the highest number of orders in the tier 500 to 999 points during the Contest, net of chargebacks.
• C Category (Juniors League) - the affiliate that will generate the highest number of orders in the tier 100 to 499 points during the Contest, net of chargebacks.
• D Category (Special Award) - the affiliate with 0 sales in the period January 1st 2014 until June 3rd 2014 who will have the highest number of points.

There will be one winner for each category from A to D described above. The winner will be determined as the affiliate that will have generated the most points within the category order margins and taking into consideration the correct prognostic of the World Cup Championship winning team.

1 sales order will be the equivalent of 1 point in the contest. By indicating the winner of the World Cup Championship the Affiliate will receive extra 25% bonus points that will be added to their final number of points. The Affiliates that did not guess the winner of the World Cup Championship will not benefit from the 25% extra bonus points and their final number of points will be determined solely by the number of orders.

In case there is more than one affiliate with the same number of orders - highest in its interval - the winner will be determined as the affiliate with the highest increase in its commissions.

The prizes will be as follows:

• A category: a trip to Rio de Janeiro - Brazil for 2 persons- 3 days in 2014 (value of 3,000USD): flight and accommodation. The prize will be chosen and agreed with the winner starting September 2014. The winning Affiliate will be announced by email at the mailing address specified in the Avangate system.
• B category: a cool Drone worth max 500$. The prize will be sent to the winner starting August 2014 at the mailing address specified in the Avangate system. The winning Affiliate will be announced by email at the mailing address specified in the Avangate system.
• C category: Sportswear: official outfit of the World Cup 2014 winner: worth max 200$. The prize will be sent to the winner starting August 2014 at the mailing address specified in the Avangate system. The winning Affiliate will be announced by email at the mailing address specified in the Avangate system.
• D category: Sony PlayStation4 worth max 400$. The prize will be sent to the winner starting August 2014 at the mailing address specified in the Avangate system. The winning Affiliate will be announced by email at the mailing address specified in the Avangate system.

The winner(s) agree to participate in any publicity or other such promotional activities which Avangate may reasonably require in connection with the Contest and Avangate shall have the right to use each winner's name, likeness, image, voice, biographical information and website for advertising and promotional purposes in connection with the Contest in all media without further notice and without the need to make any payment to any winner for such use. The law applicable is the Nederland law and all and any disputes will be settling at the competent courts in Amsterdam, The Nederland.
